After-Sales Service

Service Policy

AiLight complies fully with the People’s Republic of China Consumer Rights Protection Law, Product Quality Law, and relevant “Three Guarantees” regulations to provide comprehensive after-sales support.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • 7-Day No-Reason Return
    Users who purchase via JD.com may return the product within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, complete with all original accessories and packaging. Initiate returns directly through the platform. The product must retain its original condition—no damage, missing labels, or missing gifts. Returns will be denied if the item shows signs of human damage, missing box, or missing components.

  • Three Guarantees (3G)
    Within 7 days of purchase, if a quality issue arises, you may choose exchange or repair. Full-unit warranty: 1 year. Valid proof of purchase (invoice) is required. If unavailable, the warranty period begins 60 days after the manufacturing date.

Tips

  • Exchanges must use the original packaging. Replacement packaging is at your expense.
  • Ensure all original accessories, manuals, and 3G documents are included.
  • Human damage, missing packaging, or absent components may result in denied service or additional fees.

Warranty Policy

After the initial 7-day window, non-human-caused performance failures are covered under warranty—subject to verification by AiLight’s service center.

  • Warranty Proof: A valid purchase invoice or digital receipt is required. If unavailable, warranty starts 60 days post-manufacture.
  • Replacement or repair under warranty does not reset the warranty period—it continues from the original date.

Non-Warranty Conditions

Free repair is not available under the following circumstances, though paid service is offered:

  1. Non-AiLight products or accessories.
  2. Expiration of the 3G period.
  3. Unauthorized disassembly, modification, installation, or damage caused by user misuse (e.g., liquid ingress).
  4. Tampered, defaced, or altered labels, serial numbers, anti-counterfeiting marks, or mismatched 3G documentation.
  5. Damage from force majeure (natural disasters, etc.).
  6. Damage due to use outside specified environmental or operational conditions.
  7. Other cases excluded by law.
  8. Damage caused by unauthorized service providers or third-party parts—not covered under AiLight’s quality assurance.

Repairs under these conditions incur charges.
